Terms of Service
Last updated: July 30, 2025
Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the dodmerbqualified.com website (the "Service") operated by dodmerbqualified.com ("us", "we", or "our").
Scope of Service
The $2,000 consultation package includes a comprehensive one-hour initial consultation, a personalized analysis of the candidate's medical history against DoDI 6130.03 standards, guidance on documentation preparation, and strategic advice for the waiver process if a Disqualification (DQ) or Remedial is issued. This service is strictly advisory. Exclusions include, but are not limited to, direct communication with DoDMERB or military officials on the candidate's behalf, medical treatment or diagnosis, and legal advice.
Payment and Refund Policy
Payment of $2,000 is due in full upon booking the consultation. Your investment is protected by our Qualification Promise. If, during the initial one-hour consultation, our lead consultant determines that we cannot reasonably assist your child in the DoDMERB process, we will terminate the service agreement and issue a partial refund of $1,600. The non-refundable portion of $400 covers the cost of the initial consultation and case review. No refunds will be issued after the initial consultation is complete.
"No Guarantee" Clause
While we provide expert guidance and leverage extensive experience to build the strongest possible case, we do not and cannot guarantee a waiver approval, a medical qualification, or an appointment to any Service Academy or ROTC program. The final decision rests solely with the Department of Defense and its respective medical authorities.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall dodmerbqualified.com, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, t ort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.
